Wall Street showed some gains on Monday and so did some of the companies on our Huntsville and Alabama Stock Report.

Community Health Systems and International Paper led the leaders, each with a 2.2% gain.

WestRock was right behind with a 2% rise.

Close to home, Adtran was up 1.5%, Hexcel gained 1.1% and Carpenter Technology rose 1%.

Constellium led the decliners at -2.8%.

Overall, Wall Street clawed back some of its steep losses from last week, but September is still on track to be its worst month of the year despite Monday’s gains.
