Tyler Buchner, Alabamaâs struggles against USF ignite social media
No. 10 Alabama’s start against USF on Saturday in Tampa was slow, to say the least.
In fact, those on social media couldn’t help but notice just how bad it was.
After the first quarter, Nick Saban’s Crimson Tide trailed the Bulls 3-0, and new starting quarterback Tyler Buchner looked shaky at best. Alabama managed just 53 yards of total offense after the first quarter. The Notre Dame transfer was 4 of 9 for 25 yards, while the rushing game has managed just 28 yards.
Alabama has just three first downs.
To make matters worse, the game is now in a lightning delay.
Social media lashed out.
