Weigman became the first Texas A&M player with five TD passes in a regulation game since Johnny Manziel in a 51-41 victory over Mississippi State on Nov. 9, 2013. Last season, Weigman had eight TD passes in five games for the Aggies.

6 Receptions for 74 yards and three TDs for Texas A&M WR Noah Thomas in the Aggies’ 52-10 season-opening victory over New Mexico last week. While playing in 11 games for Texas A&M in 2022, Thomas had five receptions for 51 yards and two TDs.

6 Interceptions and 59 tackles for Miami S Kam Kinchens to lead the Hurricanes in both categories last season, when he earned first-team All-American selection by The Associated Press and The Sporting News.

Since winning at Clemson in 1973, Texas A&M lost at Clemson 25-24 on Sept. 3, 2005, and 24-10 on Sept. 7, 2019, and at Miami 34-17 on Sep. 20, 2007. The Aggies have a 9-8 record against ACC opponents.

2,931 Passing yards and 25 TD passes for Miami QB Tyler Van Dyke in 2021, when he was the ACC Rookie of the Year. Last season, a shoulder injury limited Van Dyke to 1,835 passing yards and 10 TD passes.
