Clemson may still be recovering from Monday night’s upset win by Duke, but the team will have plenty to celebrate this week – additional renovations at Memorial Stadium by Birmingham’s Brasfield & Gorrie.

Among improvements are a refurbished locker room, an updated parking lot and the Brown Family Tiger Walk.

Brasfield & Gorrie was the project’s general contractor. The design team included LS3P Associates and AECOM.

The Clemson Tiger Walk – where the team parades to the stadium two hours prior to home game kickoff – features brick and precast columns, and a gateway arch at the entrance.

The parking lot includes upgraded lighted walking areas and green spaces, with 120 trees, new landscaping, paving and dedicated spaces for game day restroom trailers. There are also updates to training, coaching, and officials’ game day spaces.

In addition, Brasfield & Gorrie added a center tunnel behind the west end zone to allow players to enter and exit the field for warmups directly from the locker room.

“We love cheering on Clemson—the alma mater of more than 100 of our teammates—and this renovation ensures that the team and coaches have a great experience every time they step inside Memorial Stadium,” Brasfield & Gorrie Vice President and Division Manager Ben Barfield said.

Brasfield & Gorrie completed the first phase of Memorial Stadium renovations in 2022.
