Old habits die hard.

Such was the case when Shannon Sharpe made his “First Take” debut Monday and kept calling Stephen A. Smith “Skip.” An obvious reference to his former partner, Skip Bayless, during his time on FS1′s “Undisputed.”

To their credit, neither Sharpe, who apologized, nor Smith let the blunder derail the conversation, but it didn’t go unnoticed by those watching.
