Glover has been the hottest player on tour, winning two straight events and also drawing attention for his sweaty pants at the end of the event last week.
Only twice since 2004 has a PGA Tour player won three tournaments in a row, with Dustin Johnson the last to do so in 2017. Glover is a long shot on the FanDuel menu at +4000 to win.
The favorites are the usual PGA Tour stars. Entering Thursday, Rory McIlroy was +650 to win, Scottie Scheffler was +700, and Jon Rahm was +900.
FanDuel also has markets open on the leader after the first round, player finishes in the Top 5 or Top 10, and over/under bets on individual player scores in the first round.
The winning score over/under is 272.5 (-140 under, -110 over). Rahm and Johnson each shot 276 over four days before their playoff in 2020 at Olympia Fields.
The BMW Championship is no-cut, but only the top 30 players advance to the Tour Championship next week in Atlanta. That event is handicap-based, with the top-ranked player starting the event at -10, and the 30th-ranked golfer starting even.
The Golf Channel carries the broadcast of the first round from Olympia Fields from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. CT. CBS takes over for the weekend rounds.
After taking advantage of your no-sweat first bet, FanDuel keeps players coming back for more with fantastic ongoing promotions such as:
- Odds boost: Increase the potential payout on your next wager.
- Live golf markets: Track players’ birdies and bogeys during rounds and bet on the action after a round has started.
- MLB profit boost: Apply a 25 percent boost to an upcoming MLB bet.
- FanDuel FanFest bet and get: Wager $25+ and earn a free ticket to FanDuel FanFest in Philadelphia.
