Alabama continues to expose its football players to various celebrity guest speakers.

Earlier this month, the Crimson Tide welcomed Major League Baseball’s all-time hit leader in Pete Rose, who discussed his “competitive spirit” in his appearance with the team.

On Wednesday, the Alabama football official social media account shared former NFL star and current GMA host Michael Strahan. At this point, we don’t know the full extent of his message to the team, but the social media post appears to give us a clue.

“Don’t try to be perfect … Just be yourself,” the message said. “Thank you, NFL Legend, Michael Strahan for spending some time with the team.”

The Tide, under coach Nick Saban, has made it a tradition over the years to bring in high-profile speakers to address the team. Each bring a unique message and life experience to the team.
