Auburn OL Garner Langlo no longer with the Tigers, per report

And then there was one.

As of Tuesday evening, redshirt sophomore offensive lineman Garner Langlo is no longer with the Auburn football team. 247Sports’ Nathan King was the first to report the news.

Lango, who came from The Plains by way of Ocala, Fla., was a 3-star prospect out of high school and signed with the Tigers over the likes of Florida State, Duke, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Utah and others.

In his three seasons at Auburn, Langlo had yet to appear in a game for the Tigers but was receiving reps at left tackle with the the second-team offense throughout this year’s fall camp. In Langlo’s absence during Tuesday’s practice, Tulsa transfer Jaden Muskrat filled in at left tackle with the twos.

Langlo was just one piece of Auburn’s 18-man signing class in 2021. He’s the 17th player from the cycle to depart from Auburn, leaving junior running back Jarquez Hunter as the lone remaining signee.
