47-year-old man dies following Tuscaloosa wreck, police say
A 47-year-old man died Wednesday afternoon after he was involved in a two-vehicle wreck in Tuscaloosa, police said.
Officers responded to the intersection of NE Jack Warner Parkway and 25th Ave. E around 4:40 p.m. Wednesday on a motor vehicle wreck with injuries, said Maj. K.T. Hart.
The victim, only identified as a 47-year-old man, was taken to DCH Hospital, where he died of his injuries a short while later, Hart said.
The department’s traffic homicide unit responded to the scene of the wreck and is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
