Jalewis Solomon, a four-star rated cornerback in the class of 2024, announced his commitment to Auburn on Saturday.

Solomon, a Georgia native, is the fifth defensive back in Auburn’s 2024 class. The 247Sports composite ranking lists him as the 230th overall player in the nation.

A “Crystal Ball” prediction on 247Sports expected Solomon to commit to South Carolina, but Auburn was able to land the corner after he visited campus at Big Cat Weekend last week before Auburn started fall camp.

With Solomon’s commitment, Auburn’s 2024 class is now ranked 16th overall in the nation by 247Sports.
