Major Baldwin County developer announces leadership changes
68 Ventures, one of the largest development companies in Baldwin County, announced this week that Drew Dolan will succeed Nathan Cox as CEO of the company, and Adam Campbell is the new president of the company. In addition, TerraCore Development Services, a subsidiary of 68 Ventures, will be brought back under the 68 Ventures umbrella.
“As 68 Ventures embarks on this thrilling new chapter, I couldn’t be more confident about our prospects having Drew and Adam leading the charge,” Nathan Cox, who founded the company, said in a news release. “Both have been two of my most trusted relationships, while demonstrating their business acumens and leadership abilities to be beyond deserving of the roles.”
Dolan was previously president of Truland Homes, a former subsidiary of 68 Ventures, according to a news release announcing the changes. He also served as chief of staff of 68 Ventures. Campbell previously served as chief revenue officer for 68 Ventures, according to LinkedIn, and has served as president of the company since March. Cox will become chairman of the company.
TerraCore is described as the single-family lot development arm of 68 Ventures and has developed over 7,500 lots, according to a news release. Once the transition is complete, the TerraCore brand will be dissolved, but the team will remain completely intact.
“It is with great enthusiasm we welcome Will [Lowery] and his team at TerraCore’s return to 68 Ventures,” Cox said in a release. “There is no other component of our organization more vital to us achieving all the goals we have set forth than augmenting Will and his group as they expand geographically in route to developing 5,000 lots a year for D.R. Horton.”
