Another high-profile mixed-use development has been completed in Huntsville.

Charleston-based The Beach Co. has announced the completion of The Foundry on Governor’s Drive.

Comprised of four residential buildings, The Foundry has 342 multifamily residences with studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans, as well as three townhome buildings, with 14 three-bedroom units.

Among residential amenities is a sports pool and sundeck, small and large dog parks, multiple entertainment courtyards, resort style club room, an indoor fitness room and outdoor fitness lawn, pickle ball court, private parking and a bike storage room and bike shop.

There is also about 9,900 square feet of commercial space.

The Foundry is adjacent to Stovehouse and Campus No. 805. Work on the project began in 2021.
