Construction getting underway for $110 million Anthem House in Huntsville
Construction is getting underway on the $110 million Anthem House mixed-use community.
The city of Huntsville issued five permits last week totaling $66.5 million for the community being built at 945 MidCity near Trader Joe’s, Top Golf and the Orion Amphitheater on University Drive.
It was the most expensive project issued permits last week in the Huntsville area. In all, four projects topped $1 million, according to Southern Exposure Information.Arco Murray National Construction is listed as the builder for the Anthem House project.
RCP Senior Director of Development Nadia Niakossary calls Anthem House a multifamily hospitality project that targets corporate workers moving to Huntsville for jobs at Cummings Research Park and Redstone Arsenal, with residents offered short-term lease options.
The six-floor building will offer 32,000 square feet of retail on the first floor, and 35,000 square feet of office space on the second, with residential taking up the top four floors.
