Lartigue’s On The Hill has leased the former Pollman’s Bake Shop at 4464 Old Shell Road in Mobile, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. Lartigue has been renowned for its seafood in Mobile and Baldwin counties for more than 40 years. Bubba Lartigue and Capt. Larry Lartigue opened the family’s first market in Mobile in 1978 and nine years later opened in Baldwin County. In 2014, Roger Lartigue expanded into the wholesale business and opened Lartigue Seafood Market in Fairhope. Lartigue’s On The HIll will open soon in the 2,000-square-foot space after renovations are complete.

A local investor paid $840,000 for Crazy Clean Coin Laundry at 9965 Twin Beech Road in Fairhope, according to Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty, who handled the transaction. The 1,500-square-foot laundromat will continue to operate at that location.

Yellowhammer Coffee has leased a 1,716-square-foot, freestanding building at 200 St. Joseph St., in downtown Mobile, according to Josh W. Hall of CRE Mobile, who handled the transaction. The Mobile-based coffee shop’s newest location will feature a drive-thru and is scheduled to open next month.

Medicinal Garden has leased 1,280 square feet of space at 155 9th Ave., in Foley, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord.
