What is Peacock?

Peacock is considered the streaming service for all things NBC. Users can stream popular shows such as 30 Rock, The Office and Saturday Night Live. However, there are plenty of other movies and TV shows to watch on-demand from other networks, including Peacock originals such as Love Island USA.

Peacock is also a great option for sports fans who want to live-stream sporting events. This includes Premier League, WWE and Sunday Night Football.

After it’s 7-day free trial, Peacock offers a limited ad plan for $4.99 month or $9.99 with no ads. This makes it one of the cheaper streaming services available.

However, Peacock allows any user to sign up for free to watch certain content with no more than five minutes of ads (sort of like actual television).

What is Love Island USA about?

Based on the U.K. series of the same name, Love Island USA follows islanders who couple up in new surroundings to compete in games and challenges.

Throughout their stay, temptations arise and drama ensues when islanders are forced to decide if they want to remain with their current partners or “recouple” with someone new. Islanders will also be at the mercy of viewers, who vote to determine who gets another shot at love and who leaves the villa heartbroken and empty-handed.

At the end of it all, one couple walks away with a cash prize.
