Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs is coming to Orange Beach! An out-of-town buyer paid $420,000 for Lot #2 in Wahoo Plaza, a commercial development on the Foley Beach Express median and plans to develop the restaurant with a drive-thru, according to Kim Ward of Kim Ward Realty, who represented the buyer. Sandy Wise of Wise Living Real Estate worked for the seller of the one acre plus site near Baldwin County 8. Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs is based in Denver, CO.
Taco Bell developers paid $550,000 for 1.3 acres on Ala. 59 in Robertsdale just north of the Walmart Supercenter and plans to build a restaurant there, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties.
Investors paid $340,000 for 10 acres at 1341 W. I-65 Service Road N., in Mobile, and plan to develop it in the near future, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who represented both sides of the transaction. The buyer was CRIMSIMF Inc, an Illinois corporation. The property has 600 front feet of unobstructed I-65 visibility and is in Mobile County’s Opportunity Zone.
An investor paid $650,000 for commercial unit 3A on Market Street in Village of Tannin in Orange Beach, and plans to open a restaurant there, according to Kim Ward of Kim Ward Realty, who represented the out-of-town buyer. Justin Pate of Brett/Robinson Real Estate & Development worked for the seller. .
