Sandy Wise of Wise Living Real Estate worked for the seller of the one acre plus site near Baldwin County 8. Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs is based in Denver, CO.

Taco Bell developers paid $550,000 for 1.3 acres on Ala. 59 in Robertsdale just north of the Walmart Supercenter and plans to build a restaurant there, according to Jay O’Brien of Stirling Properties.
