Toyota, Kia, Land Rover among more than 247,000 vehicles recalled
The U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued multiple recalls earlier this month.
The vehicles include nearly 99,000 Kia Sportage SUVs for a possible braking issue and more than 96,000 2022-2023 Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid SUVs for a front-passenger airbag issue.
Land Rover is also recalling nearly 13,000 of its 2022-2023 Land Rover Range Rover vehicles for a potential rear taillight issue and more than 29,600 of its 2017-2020 Land Rover Discovery vehicles for a keyless entry problem that could lead to rear passenger doors being able to be opened while in motion.
Other recalls listed by the NHTSA:
- 8,281 Mercedes-Benz electric sedans for loss of drive power software error
- 103 Jayco RVs from 2023 because the solar panel may detach from the pop-up roof
- Five Subaru Ascent SUVs for faulty ball joints
- 1,008 Bentley Bentayga’s for seat locking issue
- 719 Chrysler Alfa Romeo’s for brake rotor fracture
- One 2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport recall for incorrect wheel installation.
