Live updates: Alabama faces Super Regional elimination against Wake Forest
Alabama proved it could hang with the No. 1 team in the country on Saturday. But miscues, controversial check swings and home runs put the Tide on the brink of elimination in the NCAA Super Regional.
To extend its season to a Game 3 on Monday, the 16-seed Tide (43-20) will need to beat Wake Forest (51-10) at David F. Couch Ballpark. First pitch is scheduled for 11 a.m. CST.
