The NCAA Super Regional opener between 16-seed Alabama and one-seed Wake Forest has been delayed.

The Crimson Tide baseball Twitter account announced the game wouldn’t hit the originally scheduled 11 a.m. CST first pitch on ESPN due to a “non-game-related medical event.” The gates at David F. Couch Ballpark remained closed as of 11:30 ET as spectators roamed between the ballpark and Truist Stadium for a fan event.

No start time has been given.
