Chick-fil-A adds 4 new menu items

Chick-fil-A is rolling out four new menu items this summer.

Starting June 12, the much-loved Peach Milkshake will be back at restaurants, as will a White Peach Sunjoy.

“With each passing year, our Peach Milkshake’s loyal followers eagerly await its annual comeback. Its arrival signifies the beginning of summer at Chick-fil-A, and this year, the excitement from our fans has inspired us to expand our peach offerings,” said Leslie Neslage, director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A.

The Peach Milkshake combines Icedream dessert and peaches, topped off with whipped cream and a cherry. The White Peach Sunjoy blends Chick-fil-A’s classic lemonade with sweetened ice tea with white peach flavors. You can also combine the White Peach flavor with lemonade, Frosted Lemonade and iced tea.

In addition to the beverages, Chick-fil-A is rolling out its Spicy Chicken Biscuit nationwide. The entrée features a boneless chicken breast seasoned with peppers and served on a buttermilk biscuit. The “fan-favorite” will become a permanent menu item at all locations, Chick-fil-A said.

There’s another addition for the summer but only in two locations.

Chick-fil-A is testing a new grilled chicken sandwich in Indianapolis and Lexington, Kentucky. The Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich is made with lemon herb marinated boneless chicken breast, topped with pepper jack cheese, green leaf lettuce and bacon hand-tossed in brown sugar and pepper blend. The sandwich is served on a buttered and toasted maple-flavored brioche bun.
