NFL teams announce deals with undrafted rookies
Seven NFL teams are holding rookie minicamps this weekend. In addition to their draft choices, those teams will have undrafted rookies on the field, including some who have signed contracts.
Since last week’s draft, NFL teams have worked to reach contract agreements with players who were passed over.

So far, 18 NFL teams have announced their signings or contract agreements with undrafted rookies, and 13 undrafted players from Alabama high schools and colleges are lined up get their first pro work in rookie minicamps based on those lists:
· Missouri outside linebacker DJ Coleman (Jacksonville State): Jacksonville Jaguars
· Southern Miss offensive lineman Tykeem Doss (Aliceville High School): Baltimore Ravens
· Mississippi State safety Collin Duncan (St. James School in Montgomery): Los Angeles Rams
· Samford linebacker Nathan East (McAdory High School in McCalla): Los Angeles Chargers
· Alabama guard Emil Ekiyor: Indianapolis Colts
· Ole Miss safety AJ Finley (St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Mobile): Los Angeles Chargers
· Southeastern Louisiana wide receiver Cephus Johnson III (Davidson High School in Mobile, South Alabama): Minnesota Vikings
· Auburn linebacker Eku Leota: Carolina Panthers
· Kentucky guard Tashawn Manning (Auburn): Baltimore Ravens
· Appalachian State running back Camerun Peoples (Central High School of Clay County): Carolina Panthers
· Alabama cornerback Eli Ricks: Philadelphia Eagles
· UAB linebacker Kelle Sanders: Baltimore Ravens
· UAB offensive tackle Kadeem Telfort: Green Bay Packers
Undrafted players usually sign their contracts after arriving for rookie minicamp and undergoing a physical examination.
The NFL teams holding rookie minicamps this weekend include the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Kansas City Chiefs, New York Giants, New York Jets and Philadelphia Eagles.
