Mobile police say an employee of a local security company deliberately crashed one of the company’s armored vehicles into a company building Sunday night.
Just after 9:30 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of a vehicle crashing into a building on Halls Mill Road.
Arriving at the scene, they discovered an employee of GardaWorld, a company that provides, among other security services, armored vehicle, had intentionally driven one of those armored vehicles into the building.
The suspect, who has not been identified, fled on foot and was still at large late Monday afternoon.
In addition to extensive damage to the building, two other vehicles were heavily damaged in the incident.
