Birmingham’s Capstone Building Corp. has completed work on a $29 million Columbus, Ga., apartment complex.

Mill Village is a 102-unit, 137,000-square-foot apartment community, with units available in 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans.

Within view of the Chattahoochee River, Mill Village features an urban garden and playground, an on-site medical clinic, business center, health and fitness center, clubhouse and community room.

Columbia Residential, in partnership with The Housing Authority of Columbus, was the developer, while JHP Architecture/ Urban Design served as the architect.

Capstone Vice President of Project Management Joe May said the project “will provide the Columbus community with an extended offering of new housing options.”
