Mobile police asked for the public’s help Wednesday in locating a 61-year-old man with memory loss.

Joel “Jewel Phillips disappeared around 4 p.m. Wednesday at 1010 Baltimore St., said Cpl. Katrina Frazier.

Phillips is also prone to seizures.

He was described as 5-feet 7-inches tall, 160 pounds, with brown eyes. He is bald.

Phillips was wearing a black jersey with white trim on the collar and cuffs, a black windbreaker, black pants or blue jeans, and black shoes at the time of his disappearance, police said.

Anyone with information regarding Phillips’ whereabouts was asked to call Mobile police at 251-208-7211.
