Baumhower’s Victory Grille coming to Troy
Baumhower’s Victory Grille plans to open a new location in Troy next summer.
The property is being developed by H.M. Nowlin & Associates of Decatur.
Troy Mayor Jason Reeves said his city, with a population of more than 19,000, will be “by far” the smallest market the chain has entered.
“We believe this will help our entire area and will add to a lot of the growth we’ve seen, and that’s what we’re hopeful for,” Reeves said.
Baumhower’s is owned by Daphne-based Aloha Hospitality, which operates nine Baumhower’s locations, three fast-casual Wingfingers concepts, Dauphin’s fine dining and Las Floriditas, both in Mobile.
“My son, Wesley, attends Troy University, and I fell in love with the area,” Bob Baumhower, CEO of Aloha Hospitality and former Alabama and NFL star, said.
