The Birmingham Water Works Board recently released their agenda for the 2023 legislative session.

This agenda outlines the utility’s main priorities for the year and enables them to focus their efforts on what policies they choose to advocate for on both a state and national level.

Add Local Preference to Alabama Bid Law
