It’s the end of an era for Swifties: Taylor Swift and actor Joe Alwyn have broken up after six years of dating, according to multiple reports.

A source confirmed the split to CNN, saying the relationship ended a few weeks ago: “They simply grew apart and plan to remain friends.”

E! News reports fans are speculating the singer hinted at the breakup when she suddenly removed the song “Invisible String,” alleged about Alwyn, from her The Eras tour.

Swift replaced it with “The 1,” a song about lost love. Swift told fans at a recent Texas concert that she changed the set list because “we’re tricksy. That’s what we are [and] we enjoy a good, healthy set list hijinks.”
