Frugal Easter bunnies are probably opting for plastic eggs this year.

More than 70% of people said rising food costs will impact their Easter plans, though 8 in 10 said they do plan to celebrate the holiday. About $2.6 billion worth of Eastern candy is expected to be sold this year and 90% of those polled by FInanceBuzz.com said they include chocolate and other candies in Easter baskets.
