Out-of-town investors paid $1.77 million for 1.4 acres off Van Buren Avenue and Main Street in Daphne, according to Robert Cook of Vallas Realty, who handled the transaction. The property includes 82 mini-storage units and four retail buildings totalling 9,000 square feet of space.
Fast Pace Urgent Care has purchased a lot on U.S. 43 in Jackson, AL., and plans to begin construction on the new walk-in clinic this month, according to Herrington Realty, who represented Fast Pace. Joe Skipper of Skipper Real Estate worked for the seller of the property which is located near Popeyes fast food restaurant. Fast Pace Urgent Care is based in Tennessee and has more than 200 clinics in the United States.
Gardner Equipment has leased a 7,200–square-foot office warehouse complex on Ala. 59 in Loxley, adjacent to the new CEFCO convenience store and gas station under construction near U.S. 90, according to Herrington Realty, which handled the transaction. Gardner plans to move to the new location next month.
CEFCO just purchased the southeast corner of Ala. 59 and Fern Avenue in Foley for $1.725 million and plans to build a 6,000-square-foot convenience store with a service station, according to Robert Cook and Kenny Nichols of Vallas Realty, who represented CEFCO.
A 10,300-square-foot medical building for Baldwin Bone & Joint is planned for 10701 Eastern Shore Blvd., in Spanish Fort, according to the Spanish Fort Planning Commission.
Three T’s Restaurant and an adjacent warehouse got the green light to build on 5.2 acres at 25432 Canal Road in Orange Beach, according to city planning. The project will feature a 7,300-square-foot restaurant and a 20,800-square-foot warehouse. The site is near Sunset Villas subdivision.
