After three weeks of spring practice, Alabama held its first scrimmage Friday afternoon in Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The scrimmage, which served as the eighth of 14 practices this spring, was closed to reporters and the public. But Nick Saban will hold a news conference after its conclusion, around 3 p.m. CT.

Alabama has another closed scrimmage April 15 before its April 22 spring game in Bryant-Denny Stadium. The “A-Day” game will be open to the public and will stream on ESPN+ at 2 p.m. CT.
