Montgomery man captured by feds, charged with murder in woman’s death
A Montgomery man was taken into custody Thursday by federal agents and charged with murder in the death of a 33-year-old woman late last month, police said.
Travis Pressley, 44, is suspected of killing 33-year-old Ana Gilmore on March 21, said Maj. Saba Coleman with Montgomery police.
Pressley was captured by the U.S. Marshals Task Force on Thursday.
He was then placed in the Montgomery County jail without bond.
Further information was unavailable. The investigation into Gilmore’s death was ongoing as of early Thursday evening.
