‘Dave’ season 3 premiere: How to watch and where to stream

The third season of the FXX series Dave will premiere Wednesday, March 5 at 10/9c.

The half-hour comedy is based on the life of rapper and comedian Dave Burd, better known by his stage name Lil Dicky.

Though airing on FXX, those who have already ditched basic cable can still stream tonight’s season premiere live with Hulu, FuboTV or Sling.

While most people are familiar with Hulu, Sling and FuboTV are both cable alternatives meant for those who are looking to stream live channels.

What is the difference between FuboTV and Sling?

Sling is considered one of the cheaper live streaming services available.

It offers three different channel packages, Sling Blue and Sling Orange that are each $40 a month and Sling Orange + Blue, which is just the first two channel packages combined for $55 a month.

However, to access the FXX channel, subscribers will still need to purchase the Sling Blue channel package along with the Hollywood Extra add-on for an additional $6 per month.

Meanwhile, FuboTV is one of the better alternatives to regular cable.

It’s a sports-focused streaming service with over 100 live channels to choose from that include shows like Saturday Night Live, Yellowstone, The Voice and much more for $74.99 a month.

FuboTV also offers a free trial for first time subscribers so you can watch Dave for free before making any commitments.

More about Dave

Starring Lil Dicky, Dave centers on a neurotic man in his late 20s who has convinced himself that he’s destined to be one of the best rappers of all time. Now he must convince his closest friends, because with their help, he actually might convince the world.

Simultaneously exasperating and inspiring to his friends, he vows to leave no stone unturned on his quest to become the next superstar.

In the third season, Dave is headlining his first-ever tour and looking for love along the way. But as he and the gang crisscross America, they discover firsthand how diverse the cultural landscape of the United States really is – and how often fame puts pressure on love and friendship.
