A 35-year-old Mobile woman was the victim in last Thursday’s homicide on Partridge Street, Mobile police said Tuesday.

The woman, identified as Dajarra Jackson, was found suffering from a single gunshot wound on the lawn of a residence in the 1000 block of Partidge Street around 6:19 p.m. March 30. She was transported to a local hospital and later died.

A 14-year-old male was also grazed by a bullet during the incident and was treated at the scene. In addition, an occupied vehicle was struck by gunfire, but no other injuries were reported.
