An investigation is underway after a young man was shot to death in Montgomery.

Police were notified about 7 p.m. Thursday that a gunshot victim had arrived at the hospital.

Maj. Saba Coleman said the victim had been driven there in a personal vehicle. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

Investigators determined the shooting took place in the 400 block of Buford Street.

Coleman said authorities are still trying to determine the circumstances surrounding the deadly shooting. No additional information is being released at this time.

The victim has been identified as Antarrio Hubbard. He was 20 and lived in Montgomery.
