A 3-year-old was killed in a late-night crash Wednesday in Tuscaloosa County.

Another child, age 4, and 24-year-old Shadereka Green, were also ejected from the same vehicle and injured.

The crash happened at 11:12 p.m. on Alabama 69, about seven miles south of Tuscaloosa.

After the crash, another vehicle struck the 3-year-old child and fled the area.

The child was pronounced dead on the scene. Green and the 4-year-old were taken to area hospitals with undisclosed injuries.

Anyone with information on the driver who fled the scene is asked to call Troopers at 205-553-5531.
