Actress Amanda Bynes has been placed on a psychiatric hold following an incident where she was found wandering naked, TMZ is reporting.

Bynes was reportedly spotted near downtown Los Angeles early Sunday morning attempting to wave down a passing car, before allegedly telling the driver that she was coming down from a psychotic episode, the report said.

The former star of such films as “Hairspray” and “She’s the Man” was taken to a nearby police station, where it was later determined she needed to be placed on a psychiatric hold, the report said.

In February 2022, Bynes, 36, filed to end a court conservatorship claiming that her mental health had improved. The conservatorship was officially terminated the following March.
