A 43-year-old man was killed in an overnight shooting in Montgomery.

Police and fire medics were dispatched at 8 p.m. Thursday to the 5900 block of Welbourne Place, said Maj. Saba Coleman.

They arrived to find the victim – Darius Mitchell – dead on the scene.

No additional details have been released.
