A late-night shooting in Montgomery left one person dead.

Police on Tuesday identified the victim as Reginald Neal. He was 32.

Police and fire medics were dispatched at 11:40 p.m. Monday to the 1100 block of Ann Street on a report of a person shot, said Maj. Saba Coleman.

Neal was found wounded and pronounced dead on the scene.

Coleman said circumstances around the shooting remain under investigation. No additional information is being released.
