A “General Lee” used in the 1980s TV show “The Dukes of Hazzard” was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Missouri – not Hazzard County.

“Beats all you never saw … been in trouble with the law since the day they was born.”

According to a post by the Western Taney County Fire Protection District in Missouri, no citations have been issued at this time.

“After an investigation on scene, it was determined the driver of the vehicle was traveling too fast for the road conditions and lost control of the vehicle he was operating,” Hollister Police Chief Preston Schmidt told The News-Leader.

According to the report, two occupants were transported to “the hospital with what were described to as moderate injuries.”
