A Hartselle man faces first degree rape and sodomy charges after he was indicted by a grand jury.

Michael David Fuson, 27, was arrested Wednesday at a residence in the 500 block of Lockhart Road in Hartselle, according to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.

A Morgan County grand jury indicted Fuson in December, according to court records.

Fuson is being held on $50,000 bond.
