Cantina Tortilla Grill is coming to West Homewood.

Its sister restaurant, Sol Y Luna, announced on its Facebook page that Cantina Tortilla Grill will be locating to the former location of Little London Kitchen at 162 Oxmoor Rd. It closed in September.

Cantina Tortilla Grill has been on hiatus since 2019, when it announced a move from Pepper Place to Avondale.

“We are thrilled to join the Homewood community this summer,” the announcement stated. “Until then, you can enjoy Cantina tacos, sandwiches and garlic fries for lunch or to-go at Sol Y Luna.”

The restaurant offered a mix of Mexican and Central American flavors, including street food, Cuban sandwiches, tapas and other fare.
