A brand new episode of the popular new horror series Hell Motel premieres on Shudder Tuesday, July 1.
Those hoping to keep up with new episode releases can stream the chilling horror series through Philo (free trial), DirecTV (free trial) or Sling (50% off first month).
Season 1 episode 3 recap
Last week’s episode focused heavily on the aftermath of finding Portia’s body. Following the shocking discovery, the terrified guests turn their attention to Ruby as the prime suspect.
With their unwavering determination to stop the killings, the guests decide to tie Ruby up, but not all are convinced Ruby is behind it all. Paige and Shirley both stand by Ruby despite the allegations while Floyd takes matters into his own hands and dons the killer’s infamous costume in hopes of luring out the real murderer.
Despite his own confidence in his plan, Floyd is later attacked by another mysterious person wearing the same costume—confirming there’s still a killer on the loose.
Lastly, Crow meets his demise after being dragged to the basement where he’s brutally murdered, becoming yet another victim.
After all the events that unfolded over the course of the episode, viewers were left with the paranoia reaching fever pitch.
What to expect from this week’s new episode
This week’s episode will showcase those remaining in the hotel dealing with the carnage from Crow’s death and Ruby’s unresolved situation.
Tensions are sure to escalate as alliances continue to shift, and as the killer is still at large, new theories are sure to be thrown around between the group.
The episode description also hints at some of the guests attempting to leave the motel to find help while others are said to stay back and try to figure out who the killer is.
