HOKA unexpectedly released an all new vibrant and playful version of its popular Speedgoat 6 running shoe. However, this iteration was designed by iconic artist Alex Proba who is known for her work with other big name brands like Louis Vuitton.

Alex Proba is a German-born, New York and Portland-based artist and founder of Studio Proba whose aesthetic has brought joyful, colorful mashups to murals, rugs, wallpaper, pools and more. Now, this unique style is seen in HOKA’s Speedgoat 6 Studio Proba running shoe that will make you feel as though you are wearing actual art (because you pretty much are).

The all new HOKA Speedgoat 6 Studio Proba running shoe is made with a custom Alex Proba sublimation print. It features a branded heel pull, co‑branded insole and 3D-printed toe cap and tongue. It also comes with the same well-balanced cushioning and supportive platform as the classic Speedgoat 6 in wide and standard sizes.

“For Alex Proba, life has always been intimately intertwined with art. Pulling inspiration from the natural world around her, the Portland-based creative used our Speedgoat 6 as her canvas, splashing our rugged trail runner with whimsical hues.
