Popular shoe seller opening second Alabama store in Huntsville
A popular retailer of foam footwear is coming to Huntsville’s Bridge Street Town Centre.
The mixed-use project in Cummings Research Park announced on Instagram that a Crocs store is “coming soon.”
Crocs specializes in casual shoes and is best known for its “Classic Clog” line of fast-drying foam footwear. The company, based in Broomfield, Colo., has about a 4% market share among footwear brands. It reported just over $4 billion in 2024 revenue.
Crocs products are already carried by several Bridge Street retailers, according to the brand’s online store locator, in addition to the nearby Dick’s Sporting Goods. The new storefront will be only the second standalone Crocs location in Alabama, joining the one at Tanger Outlets Foley.
The store will be the latest in a string of new and expanded establishments at the Huntsville shopping center, which boasts more than 50 unique-to-market brands and specialty stores. They include a LEGO Store, Bite Me Cupcakery and Warby Parker, according to AL.com. Tanger acquired Bridge Street in 2023 for $193.5 million.
