Tee Off is coming to The Wharf at Orange Beach

A new golfing option in Orange Beach leads this week’s list of top real estate developments in coasdtal Alabama.

Tee Off at The Wharf is expected to open by next month at Portside on Main, the newest development at The Wharf off Canal Road in Orange Beach.

Tee Off will occupy 6,000 square feet and have five swing suites powered by Top Golf, as well as a bar and food options.

In other developments:

  • Local veterinarian Chris Schreiber paid $975,000 for a former billiard club at 1157 S. McKenzie St., in Foley, and plans to have the building renovated for a veterinary clinic, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty, who represented the seller. Kyle Church of Lightpoint real estate worked for the buyer.
  • Alpha Health has leased 1,010 square feet of space at 3090 Dauphin Square Connector in Mobile, and plans to open in July, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. Alpha Health is a state-of-the-art medical consulting practice specializing in treatments aimed at improving health, wellness and vitality.  
  •  The Vibe, a one-of-a-kind boutique mall at 1544 Gulf Shores Parkway in Gulf Shores, has welcomed several new tenants, according to Angie and David Swiger of Swiger & Company Realtors. The new businesses include Amberjack E Bike Rental, Fluffy’s Pet Boutique, The Break Studio, a clothing boutique, and The Whiskey Valentine shop. The Vibe mall spaces are 10×10 and include water, power, trash and internet.
  • A developer is seeking city approval to build Bayside Garages at Orange  Beach, a 15,480-square-foot building with 12 units on Pelican Place east of Lauder Road in Orange Beach. The storage units will be under condominium ownership and similar to its existing facility in Biloxi, MS. The Biloxi units offer garage condos for high-end RVs, boats and vehicles.
