New restaurant and bar promises ‘something downtown Huntsville hasn’t seen before’

The owners of a new Huntsville restaurant and bar set to open this summer are promising “something downtown Huntsville hasn’t seen before.”

One Eleven Bar & Kitchen will be located at 111 Washington St. N.E. It’s the newest concept from Power Brand Hospitality Group, the same company behind Osteria Luca and other concepts such as Prohibition and Melt.

The menu is described as putting creative spins on classic American fare, with global flavors using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant will be located in the 7,000 square-foot space that once housed the Heritage Club and seat 180, with 18 bar seats.

There will be two design-forward private dining rooms, a built-in music stage, a dramatic glass atrium and custom U-shaped booths.

The restaurant’s two private dining rooms will be the Library (for 8–12 guests) and the Heritage Room (up to 24 guests) and can accommodate intimate celebrations or lively gatherings.

Live music will feature rotating performances, from smooth piano sets to D.J.s and full bands.

“This is our love letter to Huntsville, and it’s going to turn heads,” Patel said.
