The new reality series ‘Polyfamily’ premieres tonight, here’s how to watch and where to stream free
The brand new reality series Polyfamily premieres on TLC Tuesday, April 29 at 10/9c.
Polyfamily centers on the closed quad comprised of two married couples Alysia and Tyler and Sean and Taya. Throughout the series, viewers will witness the quad navigating unique challenges that come along with their lifestyle.
According to the show biography released by TLC, Polyfamily gives viewers a “one-of-a-kind look inside the world of polyamory and non-traditional family structures.”
Alysia and Tyler have been married for 11 years and share two school-aged children together, both of whom were born before the quad’s forming. After the quad came to be, Alysia gave birth to her third child.
Sean and Taya have been married for six years, and Taya had her first child after joining the quad and is nearing the birth of her second child. According to TLC, the quad has chosen not to find out who fathered the newest addition to the family.
What to expect on Polyfamily season 1
A brief synopsis of the season revealed Tyler and Sean don’t typically see eye-to-eye over their parenting styles, which will lead to clashing between the two throughout the season. Fingers are crossed the quad can get on the same page before the new baby arrives.
Even more drama will happen throughout the season as its said that Taya drops a bombshell that could dismantle their already fragile family dynamic.
To see the quad overcome their biggest obstacles and prepare for the arrival of their newest family member, tune into new episodes every week.
