Bruce Pearl and Auburn men’s basketball snagged another guard in the transfer portal.

Former Texas Tech guard Kevin Overton committed to Auburn Thursday afternoon, according to On3 Sports.

Overton played in 36 games last season as the Red Raiders sixth man. He averaged nearly eight points and four rebounds per game and shot 33% from beyond the arc.

With Overton now in the class, Auburn has added four players through the transfer portal and seven players overall. Outside of Overton, those include KeShawn Murphy, Keyshawn Hall, Abdul Bashir, Kaden Magwood, Sebastian Williams-Adams and Simon Walker.
