CBS’ “The Late Late Show” has been canceled after nearly three decades.

ET and Deadline report the show will end with James Corden’s exit at the end of the 2023 season and the network is planning to reboot the Comedy Central series “@Midnight” to be its replacement.

“They’re ready for something different. Hosted late night talk shows are expensive to produce,” a source told ET.

“@Midnight” ran from 2013 to 2017 with Chris Hardwick as the host, but it’s unclear if he would return.

“The Late Show” host Stephen Colbert is expected to serve as executive producer.

Corden announced last year that he would leave “The Late Late Show” to spend more time with his family.

The late-night comedy show debuted in 1995 and has featured hosts like Tom Snyder, Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson. CBS has not commented on the reports.
