Miss America Abbie Stockard will make an appearance at the opening next week of a new franchise of 7 Brew Coffee.

The newest location, at 1353 Montclair Rd. in Irondale, will feature Stockard, Miss America and Birmingham-native.

She will also present a check for $1,000 to Miss America’s Scholarship Foundation.

Stockard, 22, a Birmingham native, was crowned Miss America on Jan. 5, 2025, after competing as Miss Alabama. She has taken part in several public appearance in state since.

The event is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. on opening day for the location.

7 Brew Birmingham dropped the building on-site in February.

The business will also host a Swag Day on Saturday, April 19, where customers who purchase a large drink will get a free 7 Brew t-shirt.

The franchise, with 19 locations in Alabama, has original coffee creations, with hot, iced or chilled varieties. It also offers energy drinks and sparkling water flavors, teas, lemonades, smoothies or shakes.
